Terms of Service

These terms apply to DJ services booked with DJ Base Mobile Service. Your signed service contract and confirmed event details form part of your booking agreement.

Booking and Payment

A $100 deposit is required to reserve an event date and is nonrefundable. Any remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before the event unless your contract states otherwise.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling

If you cancel at least 15 days before the event and have paid in full, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, less the $100 deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are nonrefundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Event Time and Overtime

The booked service period is the time stated in your contract. Overtime beyond the scheduled event time is $125 per additional hour.

Equipment

DJ Base provides a professional DJ setup with speakers, wireless microphones, mixer, lighting, sound coverage, and backup equipment.
